Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 350 Nanaimo St, Vancouver, BC V5L 4R7

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient food service and smooth workflow

·         Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

·         Monitor revenues, labour costs, and operating expenses to support budget control and restaurant profitability

·         Set staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business volume and operational needs

·         Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance to ensure consistent service standards and compliance with company policies

·         Organize and maintain inventory of food ingredients, sushi supplies, beverages, kitchen equipment, and cleaning products

·         Ensure health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and workplace cleanliness standards are properly followed

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
