Benefit: 4% vacation paid

Duties and responsibility:

1. Assists the General Manager with the restaurant’s daily operations
2. Hire and train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
3. Ensure that the food, beverages and service meet quality control standards
4. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
5. Maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
6. Perform the duties of employees supervised

Requirements:

1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. Completion of a college diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
3. At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry supervisory role is preferred
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
