TBC North Food Services Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located at Fort Nelson, BC is looking for two ‘Restaurant Managers’ to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Work Location: 5000 and 5001 Cordova Way, Fort Nelson, BC, V0C 1R0

Wage: $27.70 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Job Requirements/Skills:
-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Minimum of three years of work experience required in a similar field.
-Must be prepared to work under pressure
