Position Info:

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $45.00/hour

· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

· Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the retail store to maintain efficient and consistent business operations

· Plan store activities, establish operational priorities, and review overall performance to ensure sales and service objectives are achieved

· Lead retail staff, delegate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide guidance to maintain effective store operations

· Review customer preferences, market conditions, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify product demand and sales opportunities

· Select and arrange the purchase of health supplements, vitamins, and other retail products based on customer demand, inventory requirements, and sales performance

· Determine the appropriate product mix and merchandise offerings for the store based on market demand and business objectives

· Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor sales revenue and operating expenses, and take appropriate measures to maintain financial performance

· Develop and carry out promotional and marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, customer traffic, and retail sales

· Assess staffing needs and participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of retail employees

· Address customer concerns, product availability issues, inventory shortages, and other operational matters in a timely manner

· Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and direction to support service standards and operational goals

Job requirements:

· Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or wholesale sales industry is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required

· Language: English
