Tongdak Korean Chicken is looking for F/T Cooks

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.85~$31/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  3

·         Work Location: 104-340 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2A5

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook dishes or complete meals in accordance with a standardized recipe

·         Clean kitchen and work areas

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Keep the inventory and records of food supplies and equipment

·         May participate in planning menus and estimating food requirements and costs

·         May participate in hiring and training kitchen staff

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
