Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $29.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 504-11850 Oceola Road, Lake Country, BC V4V 2T5

Job Duties:

·         Establish service types to be offered and implement operational procedures in place

·         Plan, organize, manage, and assess the restaurant’s activities and operations

·         Hire staff and oversee staff performance

·         Organize and manage inventory

·         Establish and oversee work schedules to maximize staff performance

·         Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

·         Negotiate terms with suppliers for necessary supplies

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
