Terms of Employment: Seasonal, annual position from March 15 to November 1. Full-time hours during the operating season, with schedule flexibility required including weekends and holidays.

Wage: $19-$19.50/hour

Job Duties:
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Dust furniture
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change sheets
Assist in cleaning public areas of the hotel
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Stock linen closet
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Clean and disinfect elevators
Handle and report lost and found items
Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items
Provide basic information on facilities
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Clean changing rooms and showers
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Assist with completing laundry as required
Report any malfunctions to supervisor
Provide customer service
Other duties as required

Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods in a physically active role.
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or light-duty cleaning experience is an asset.
Able to work cooperatively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied shifts during the seasonal resort period.
Comfortable following cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures in a hospitality setting.
English language skills sufficient to understand instructions and communicate with team members.
Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
