Position Info:

·         Position: Reservations Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Create and implement policies and procedures for department or business operations

·         Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures

·         Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

·         Collaborate with suppliers to secure necessary materials and supplies

·         Hire, manage, and train staff

·         Create and manage employee work schedules

·         Coordinate with clients regarding facility use for events like conventions, banquets, and receptions

·         Address and resolve customer complaints

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in accommodation industry

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
