–          Hourly rate: $21/ hour 35 to 40 Hours/Week

–          Permanent employment, Full time

–          Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend

Overview:

–          Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

–          Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years

–          On site

o   Work must be completed at the physical location.  There is no option to work remotely

–          Work setting

o   Retail business

o   On-site customer service

o   Supermarket/grocery store

Responsibilities::

Task

–          Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team etc.)

–          Assign sales workers to duties

–          Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

–          Order merchandise

–          Authorize return of merchandise

–          Sell merchandise

–          Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

–          Organize and co-ordinate activities of workers

–          Manage cash

Supervision

–          1 to 2 people
