We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nanny to provide exceptional care for our three children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the ability to engage them in educational and fun activities. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, attentive, energetic, and committed to fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Provide caregiving support, including assistance with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diaper changes, and hygiene.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and kitchen.
Educate children through interactive play, storytelling, and educational games.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
School pick up (within walking distance from home).
Alignment with parents on parenting philosophy and approach to discipline.

Follow parents’ lead with toilet training.
Shop for food and household supplies.
Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens.
Care for pets.
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Prepare infants and children for rest periods
Tend to emotional well-being of children.
Help children with homework.

Skills
Proven experience caring for children in a babysitting or nanny role.
Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain a clean environment while caring for children.
Cooking skills for meal preparation that caters to children’s tastes and nutritional needs.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.
