Overview
Job title- In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment- This job is for a full-time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job starts July 1, 2026
Language requirement: French or English.
Salary- Wage offered is between $17 & $21. Future wage adjustments will be made when the provincial minimum wage rate changes, usually on May 1st of each year.
Location- JoLe… lives in Hampstead, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by. The major intersection ave Van Horne and ave du Parc
Duties may include:
1- This job is to help with the care of an adult woman with chronic health issues
2- Help with daily routine and especially with tasks that are physically taxing, such as carrying groceries
3- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
4- General housework that will include doing laundry, and dusting
Qualifications:
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
