Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Store Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.50-22.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 114 1 Avenue North, Trochu, AB T0M 2C0

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff to ensure smooth and efficient store operations

·         Assign staff to shifts and duties and establish work schedules based on operational needs

·         Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to staff to maintain service standards and workplace efficiency

·         Monitor inventory levels, organize stock, and place orders to ensure adequate supply of merchandise

·         Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address operational issues such as supply shortages

·         Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily transactions

·         Prepare basic reports related to sales, inventory, and staff performance as required

·         Support payroll related administration by tracking staff hours and attendance

·         Conduct performance feedback and support staff development in day to day operations

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
