Overview

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales associates and cashiers
  • Assign duties and prepare work schedules for staff during assigned shifts
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
  • Assist in training new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and cash handling practices
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions when required
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
  • Ensure shelves and display areas are properly stocked, clean, and organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandise ordering and stock replenishment
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing merchandising displays and in-store promotional activities
  • Authorize routine returns, exchanges, and price adjustments in accordance with store policies
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including key holding responsibilities when required
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout the department
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and staff-related reports as requested by management

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Term of employment: Full time, Permanent Position

Work hours: 40 hours per week

Wage: $22/hr
