Join Our Team as a Baker!

We are looking for two (2) experienced and passionate Bakers to join our team at Terravita Kitchen. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring the highest quality products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Location: 415 Victoria Road, Revelstoke, BC Canada

Wage: $20-$21.50/hour

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

●      Organize and execute the baking schedule to meet customer demand and deadlines

●      Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness

●      Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently

●      Prepare and bake a variety of bread, focaccia, pastries, cakes, frosting, cookies and other baked goods following recipes or creating and testing new recipes

●      Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area in accordance with health and safety regulations

●      Ensure all baked goods adhere to quality standards and specifications

Qualifications:

●      Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience as a baker

●      Completion of secondary school

●      Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
