Anh Noodle Fusion Restaurant takes pride in bringing authentic and unique Vietnamese cuisine to the stunning town of Squamish. Our menu features a wide selection of dishes, from Vietnamese steak and egg, spring rolls, and rice cakes with pork and lemongrass, to rice vermicelli with grilled pork, sautéed chicken with lemongrass and chili, and our signature pho, among many others. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and reflects the rich culture, tradition, and stories of Vietnamese cuisine.

The restaurant is open six days per week, from 11 a.m to 8 p.m, and has seating for approximately 30 customers. The restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment and is particularly busy during lunch and dinner service.
