Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 15-2662 Austin Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6C4

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook full meals according to the restaurant’s recipes

·         Plan and create new menus, decide on portion sizes, and estimate food needs and pricing

·         Keep track of inventory levels and order food supplies as required

·         Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work area

·         May hire and train kitchen staff as necessary

·         Oversee kitchen operations

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
