$24.00 to $26.00 hourly, to be negotiated / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks:
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
Prepare production and other reports
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
Food safety/handling skills
Supervise staff or team
Maintain inventory of supplies
Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging methods
Supervisory experience
Determine scheduling of production
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Provide staff training
Supervision:
5-10 people
Staff in various areas of responsibility
Labourers in food, beverage and tobacco processing
Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
