Description

Required skills:

–         Necessary experience: College diploma in management or the equivalent

–         Professional experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a managing position in food preparation.

Tasks:

–         Organize and direct the operations of the restaurant.

–         Inspire a team, instill a sense of pride, and create a culture that helps deliver the world’s best Quick Service Restaurant experience.

–         Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for the guests and the team and implement operational procedures as needed.

–         Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members: set schedules, monitor performance, etc.;

–         Participating in local events that positively impact your community.

–         Uphold the renowned cleanliness methodology.

–         Build sales and profits, which in turn build the worker’s value, professionally and financially.
