Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Manager
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $54.36~$57.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

  • Manage and advise staff responsible for administrative services
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate the operations of the administrative services department
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and control budgets for equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Interview, hire and oversee the onboarding and training of new employees

 

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
