Overview
Job title: In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 32 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is November 1, 2025.
Positions: Two positions are available for this job
Language requirement: French or English.
Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour. Future wage adjustments will be made when the First Quartile wage rate change for this field of work in Quebec.
Location: FiAz… is located in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec. The condominium is situated in a residential area. The city bus and metro are easily accessible and close by. The nearest major intersection being Côte Saint-Luc Road and Decarie blvd.
Duties may include:
1- This job is to care for an elderly man with multiple age-related heath issues
2- Supervision is required
3- Help with daily routine including personal hygiene, dressing and medications
4- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
5- General housework that will include doing laundry, and dusting
Qualifications:
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
