Position Info:

·         Position: Guest Services Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 245 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6C2

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Create and execute guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

·         Conduct training sessions and staff performance review

·         Schedule and monitor maintenance work to ensure proper facility upkeep

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Hire, supervise, and establish work shifts of front desk clerks

·         Monitor and uphold adherence to company rules and protocols

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the accommodation industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
