Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 12-555 Clarke Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3X4

Job Duties:

·         Review and manage financial budgets to optimize and sustain restaurant profitability

·         Prepare detailed budgets to estimate costs of food, beverages, kitchen, and cleaning supplies

·         Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations

·         Recruit and set staff work schedules

·         Oversee adherence to workplace health and safety regulations

·         Coordinate and negotiate supply agreements for food and operational materials

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Engage in the design and delivery of marketing activities

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
