• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

• Salary: $55,300/year
• Working Hours: 30 – 44 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Monitor and organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed
• Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules
• Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues
• Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues
• Supervise sales staff in their daily tasks
• Recruit and train new members of the sales team

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
