Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 102-2945 Jacklin Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5E3

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Address customer’s complaints or concerns in a professional manner

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are met

·         Manage food and supplies inventory

·         Monitor and review staff work performance

·         Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies

·         Hire and train new staff

·         Manage staff shift schedules

·         Plan and manage daily operations of the restaurant

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
