Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 101-1730 Pier Mac Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 3E7

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or specific food items
• Plan menus and determine the size of food portions
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Ensure kitchen and work area are clean and food is prepared in hygienic conditions
• Keep inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Involve in training and hiring kitchen staff

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Language: English
