Position Info:
- Position: Meat Department Manager – Retail
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $40.87 ~ $42.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of departments engaged in retail sales
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Locate, evaluate, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Manage staffing needs, including the hiring, training, and retention of employees
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
