Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $34.62-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 1467 Hampshire Road, Victoria, BC V8R 4T5

Job Duties:
- Hire, train and manage staff
- Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans
- Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Maintain health and safety regulations are followed
- Develop and analyze budgets to maintain the restaurant’s profits and determine the cost
- Modify food preparation method and prices according to the restaurant budget
- Oversee and conduct staff performance reviews
- Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
