Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1-612 Head Street, Victoria, BC V9A 5S8

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and control the operation of the restaurant

·         Determine and implement operational policies

·         Manage staff work schedules and monitor work performance

·         Control inventory, monitor revenues, and apply procedural modifications

·         Hire and train newly joining staff

·         Handle and resolve customer complaints

·         Ensure that health and safety regulations are met back and front of the house

·         Manage arrangement with suppliers for food and supplies

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
