Position Info:

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.00~$18.50/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the recipe and quality standard
• Keep the food preparation area and kitchen clean and organized
• Participate in planning menus and determine the size of food portions
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling food
• Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
• Involve in hiring kitchen staff
• Estimate food requirements and order supplies

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
