Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Assistant

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate HR department functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

·         Manage the flow of information within the team.

·         Support staff consultations and assist in resolving grievances.

·         Manage and streamline daily operations, ensuring tasks are planned and executed effectively.

·         Take meeting minutes for conferences, seminars, and discussions, while managing schedules and appointments.

·         Handle incoming phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries promptly.

·         Work alongside the marketing team to relay key marketing strategies and messages to administrative staff.

·         Develop, implement, and monitor policies and operational procedures.

·         Inspire and motivate staff, oversee the training of interns and new hires, and supervise volunteer personnel.

·         Maintain office efficiency by managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies.

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of related experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
