Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $41.25~$45.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 9251 34 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5T5

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Oversee, direct, and assess the operations of retail sales

·         Supervise personnel and allocate responsibilities

·         Analyze market trends to identify consumer demand and the impact of competitors’ activities on sales

·         Determine merchandise and services to be offered, and establish pricing and credit policies

·         Conduct negotiations with vendors to acquire merchandise for resale

·         Formulate and execute marketing strategies

·         Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance

·         Assess and address customer inquiries and concerns

·         Manage recruitment, training, development, and retention of employees

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related retail sales experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
