Position Info:

·         Position: Guest Services Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1450 5th Ave, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Create and implement guidelines to ensure smooth daily operations

·         Conduct employee training and performance evaluations

·         Arrange and supervise maintenance tasks for proper facility upkeep

·         Address customer complaints and concerns

·         Recruit, supervise, and set work schedules for front desk clerks

·         Monitor and uphold compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in in the accommodation industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
