Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school
Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Team/Crew Leader/Trainer in a quick-service restaurant or food service operation.
Job Descriptions: In this role, you will be asked to perform a variety of functions. A restaurant supervisor is tasked with ensuring that a restaurant runs smoothly. This can involve many different tasks, including hiring and training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with all food health and safety requirements:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
· Ensure food service and quality control
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
· Recruit, train and supervise staff
