Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00-37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 135-19 Helmcken Road, Victoria BC V8Z 5G5

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service

·         Define the type of dining experience and menu to provide, and establish procedures to maintain consistency and quality

·         Monitor inventory levels, review sales and revenue reports, and adjust pricing or operational methods when necessary

·         Secure agreements with suppliers to maintain a steady flow of quality ingredients and other essentials

·         Develop employee schedules and regularly evaluate performance to support productivity and service standards

·         Address guest concerns promptly while upholding health, safety, and sanitation requirements

·         Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a capable and reliable team

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
