Position Info:

  • Position: Restaurant Manager
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $40,000-$48,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees
  • Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
  • Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
  • Manage inventory and monitor revenues
  • Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

 

Job requirements:

  • Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
  • Language: English
