Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and manage the overall daily operation of the restaurant and food service
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures and standards
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all staff, including kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Recruit, train, and oversee the onboarding processes for new employees
- Establish staff work schedules and conduct regular performance reviews to manage and monitor staff performance
- Manage and control inventory levels, place necessary orders, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Monitor revenues, adjust prices, and manage operational budgets
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash balancing, prepare balance sheets, and complete related financial reports
Job requirements:
- Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
