Position Info:

  • Position: Home Child Care Provider
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $20.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions:  1
  • Work Location: 62 Wilkes Creek Drive, Port Moody, BC V3H4Z9

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home
  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals for children
  • Oversee children’s daily routines and rest periods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home and organize children’s play areas
  • Drive children to and from school and to appointments
  • Assist children with homework
  • Support children’s emotional well-being and social development
  • Offer age-appropriate educational activities, including crafts and reading

 

Job requirements:

  • Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
  • Language: English
