Title of the position- Food Service Supervisor

Job duties

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of pizza kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Assess and order necessary ingredients and supplies to support consistent pizza preparation and service.
• Develop and implement work procedures and staff schedules tailored to peak service demands.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment repairs, sales performance, and food wastage.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Ensure that all food products and customer service meet the shop’s quality control and health regulation standards.
• Participate in hiring, evaluate team performance, and assist in developing operational policies, procedures, and budgeting plans.

Terms of employment: Permanent full time

Education: Completion of secondary school is preferred

Wages: $23 – $25 per hour for minimum 30 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service industry

Language: Written and verbal communication skills in English is required
