Sizzling Wok is a thriving restaurant business specializing in Asian cuisine. We offer a diverse menu inspired by the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of various Asian countries, including China, Japan, Thailand, and India. Our goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience, combining delicious and authentic Asian dishes with a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
We are now looking for two experienced cooks to join our team, who will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes and food. You will be expected to prepare Chinese dishes of all kinds. Candidates should have at least two years of experience with Chinese cuisine and be available to work during our opening hours.

Main Responsibilities:
• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas
Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum secondary diploma, Cook Trade Certificate is requested;
• Minimum one to two years of experience cooking Chinese cuisine;
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, familiar with daily procedures in the kitchen;
• Familiar with sanitation regulations;
• High proficiency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Comfortable with working under stress;
• Dedicated to details.
