Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Job Duties:

·       Coordinate the flow of information within the team

·       Open and distribute mail and other materials

·       Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

·       Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems,

·       Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents,

·       Conduct research,

·       Perform data entry,

·       Maintain and manage digital database.

 

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Salary: $28.85/hour

Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Work Location: 210-6333 148th Street, Surrey, BC, V3S 3C3
