Job Description:

• Company: Fox on the Run
• Location: 1100B Memorial Avenue, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 4A3
• Work location: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
• Salary: $19.50 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
