Salary: $20.00 to 20.50 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Benefits: Health Benefits. The employee will receive health benefits and 10 business days of vacation per year. Vacation pay will be calculated at 4% of the gross salary.

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Experience an asset

On Site: Work must be completed at physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex

 

Responsibilities:

Tasks

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Work with minimal supervision
