Title of the position: Baker

Job duties:
· Prepare authentic Egyptian bread and pastries
· Mix and prepare ingredients for dough, prepare batters for sweets and desserts
· Prepare dough for assembly and baking, including kneading, stretching and forming each pita by hand, to ensure perfect shape
· Operate mixing and baking machinery
· Oversee and supervise baking personnel
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years or more of experience in Egyptian artisanal baking;
· Manage the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies;
· Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff; train staff; and organize and maintain inventory.
Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time position
