We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team in downtown Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent position with a stable schedule and opportunities for bonus incentives.

Compensation: $36.00/hour, 30 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
Openings: 1 position available

What You’ll Bring:

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
A recognized hairstyling certificate/diploma or equivalent hands-on experience
3–5 years of professional experience in a salon setting
Valid Ontario Hairstylist Licence
Experience with advanced services such as Japanese straightening or digital perms is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling
Perform chemical treatments such as perms, straightening, balayage, highlights, and more
Assess hair and scalp condition and recommend suitable treatments
Offer consultations and suggest styles tailored to each client’s features and preferences
Support daily salon operations, including mentoring junior staff when needed
Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and product levels
Assist with bookings and front desk tasks as required

Requires attention to detail and strong coordination skills
Involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
