Overview
Primary Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping to oversee dining operations and supervise the wait staff, hostesses, food expediters, porters, and bartenders. As a Supervisor, you will:
– Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by all
– Lead, train, coach and mentor the team
– Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
– Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
Workplace Information: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Pay rate: $19.31/hr
Benefits: Disability, extended medical, dental, employer RRSP contribution
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 1-year term/contract
Hours: 37.5 hours
Languages: English essential.
Required Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in food preparation or service.
