U.R. Dental Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant (NOC 14100) to join our team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day office and administrative duties in a busy clinic environment while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience is an asset
Criminal record check required

Job Duties:
Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
Send and receive messages
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare invoices and bank deposits
Provide general information to clients and the public
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform data entry
Provide customer service
File material in storage areas
Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
Label, file, and retrieve documents
Organize and schedule office work
