Tristeel Construction Ltd.  is a construction business based in Surrey, BC and we are looking for Construction Helpers to join our team as soon as possible.

Position: Construction Helper

Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

·         Loading and unloading construction materials, and moving them to work areas

·         Installing and removing concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades at construction sites

·         Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment

·         Tidying up and preparing construction sites, while also ensuring that safety rules and regulations are strictly adhered.

·         Carrying out a variety of assigned tasks on construction sites which may include assisting tradesmen and supervisors.

·         Getting rid of the trash, debris, and other potentially dangerous materials from construction sites

·         Tending or feeding equipment used in construction.

·         Cleaning up spills or other contaminants, and removing asbestos or other materials

Skills Required:

Education: No education requirement
Experience: 6 months experience performing similar duties

Language: English

Term of Employment: Permanent Full-time

Wage: $25 per hour (30-35 hours per week)

Location of Work: All over lower mainland area, British Columbia, as per contracts
