About TD Household

The TD Household is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to assist with daily living activities and provide support within a private household in Mississauga. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment while assisting with routine personal and household tasks.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Assist with routine daily activities and ensure the comfort and well-being of the individual receiving care
Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining an orderly home environment
Assist with medication reminders as directed by the family
Accompany the client to appointments or outings when required
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the employer or family members
Provide companionship and emotional support
