Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and assess daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service quality

·         Track employee performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity standards

·         Coordinate and organize operational activities to support smooth restaurant functioning

·         Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage

·         Assist in training team members on service procedures and workplace policies

·         Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control for food and supplies

·         Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

·         Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
