Position Info:

·         Position: Chef

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $25.00-$27.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Produce high-quality meals and specialty dishes

·         Modify dishes to accommodate guest allergies and restrictions

·         Lead kitchen teams to maintain service standards and speed

·         Order all necessary inventory and kitchen stock

·         Calculate costs and quantities for food and supply orders

·         Design new menu items and signature recipes

·         Coordinate equipment maintenance and new gear purchases

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
